Modern day slavery. The hourly employees are over worked and expected to where many hats for minimum wage. The GSR/ Front desk staff are expected to proved top customer service, do laundry, clean the lobby back of the house, lobby, scrub elevators all in 8 hours

Like working with the customers and people who live there. Relaxed environment but stimulating at the same time.

The place is very understaffed. Breakfast is difficult because the customers are unhappy with how small it is. Should have cleaning procedures in place for each employee to keep hotel clean and safe.

There is plenty of room to grow and be cross trained. I have been with the company for eight years. I started as a part-time housekeeper and now I am a general manager.

The area I’m located in is hard to find people who want to work long term.

No support, no staff, management is cheap with ordering, can’t get supplies, can’t get rid of toxic employees, higher ups are doing shady activity.
