Local level and property employees are great. They do the best they can with the minimum resources they're given.
Cons
Upper management seems to have a lack of focus, rely on outdated techniques and strategies, and operations does not work well with sales. Very disjointed.

Full time Hours available, staff and management that understand problem steaming from guests and long term stay.

Guest can be a bit much and if the overnight employees don't show up, it falls on the shoulder of the 3-11 shift employees.

Hmm, it’s rather simple however you do maintenance duties sometimes and there are no camera on the second or third floors for those cleaning rooms or checking rooms.

Only individual in hotel from 5pm until 11pm, many police and firefighter visits.
