IKEA Reviews
Supervisores amables, pero promoción complicada y gradual
09/30/2026 - Málaga
Pros
Los supervisores siempre fueron muy agradables
Cons
Los compañeros que llevaban muchos años seguían con jornadas parciales y con la subida de horas (si se conseguía) se obtenía más responsabilidad, pero era algo a ganarse como si de un ascenso se tratase

09/30/2026 - Eindhoven

Engaging group assessment but interview stage needs improvement
09/25/2026 - Kuching, Sarawak
Pros
The group assessment on 6 September 2026 was well organised and engaging. It gave candidates a good opportunity to interact, demonstrate teamwork and learn more about the organisation. The staff involved during this stage were welcoming.
Cons
Unfortunately, my experience during the interview stage was less positive. I felt there was limited opportunity to explain my background and relevant experience during the discussion. I understand that companies have their own selection criteria, but I would have appreciated more opportunity to share my experience and motivation.I also found one example used during the values briefing inappropriate, as it referred to an ethnic group when discussing consumer behaviour. I felt that examples involving ethnicity could be communicated more carefully to avoid unintended stereotyping.Overall, the group assessment was a positive experience, but I felt there was room for improvement in the later stages of the recruitment process.
