Only one working stovetop, most co workers don't know how to sharpen knives, they rarely throw out worn out equipments that just wastes space that we need for weekly stocks, and the dish room pipes needs to be fixed.

Management are constantly on a power trip, will treat you like a doormat and HR will do nothing to intervene. No matter how hard you work, it'll never be enough. Lots of favoritism and who you kiss up too.
