Office is nice, people are super friendly, organization feels good, Hybrid work is good.


Cons

Lack of growth opportunities, low raises, promised a bonus and it's only come 1/3 of the time. Limited in ability to move quickly because of European Bureaucracy. Lots of turnover, and hard to be promoted. Inability to compete online with top competitors.
