A steady job but managers can be evil

10/19/2025 - Belfast, Northern Ireland

Pros

Had some of the best people I've ever worked with, funny and kind in the face of such a soul destroying job.The tasks themselves are fairly easy and colleagues will support you in your early days. All managers immediately made accomodations for my disability, including moving me to tasks more suited to me.Incredibly hard to get fired from so job security is near assured.

Cons

Doing such repetitive tasks is quite demoralising, the environment is incredibly busy and high pressure. The managers often don't work and can feel quite malicious in their decisions (some exceptions as certain managers are kind and supportive to colleagues).Little opportunity for growth.
