More work than can be done in a shift, company doesn't allow overtime. Too few employees to operate store. Low pay.

*Rules that are constantly being challenged and ignored. *No Leadership or concept of managerial skills at the management level. *NEVER enough employees working for the amount of work that has to be done due to the constant cutting of hours for the work week. Including constant schedule changes due to last minute cutting of hours. *Pay *Not enough acknowledgement to the employees who have been there and do their job and beyond helping the new hires that NEVER get the training hours or attention they need to be efficient.

- Worst equipment ever made. Company expects us to stock and fulfill orders with scanners that don't stay connected to the wi-fi, log out the user nearly every minute, and often can't even scan. IT is incompetent.- Pay isn't competitive.
