Ownership is very accommodating and treated me like a true professional. No barking orders or yelling over your shoulder. You get a pretty fair degree of freedom to do things how you want.
Cons
You have to do the final sale with the customer and get them to commit to the company established price. Could be lots of jumping around between 2-3 clients in a day

The system for providing a quote was not well put together. They wanted you to use a website called homewyse, look up the job and double the price. Was a pain to do all while NOT calling the potential customer back, keep them on the phone and don't put them on hold.

They are very greedy and put money before anything else including safety. The manager is a narcissistic. She lies often. This environment is very toxic. Lots of gossiping and talking bad about each other instead of lifting each other up to succeed
