Good pay and flexible schedule, but poor management issues

The pay is really good and the work is not difficult. The job is enjoyable and you work your own schedule as long as you get the assigned jobs completed by the day they are due

Management. When I was hired, my supervisor was great, she was always reachable via a phone call, well, the company 'adjusted' the areas that each supervisor was in charge of and ended up with another supervisor. She honestly was not all that bad, though I would reach out to her regarding issues I had and she did not offer much in the way of support. Then the company adjusted again and this time I have a supervisor who I am convinced is new, has no idea what he is doing, always defers an issue to someone else. Then there is the reporting system. You login to a web portal and receive your assignments that way, you also do all reporting the same way. When I started ~2 years ago, it was on the honor system, if a job said it paid 1 hour and you only worked 30 mins, you could still say you worked 1 hour and would get paid. That all changed about 2 or 3 months ago without any notice. Now they actively track how much time you have been on a job and you can't work 5 mins and claim 1 hour. The company also does not seem to understand that not every Walmart store is the same size and they are always expecting certain things that I can not do in my assigned store

Things were fine until we acquired Premium and Crossmark. Too much lying and cheating. Most Acosta people have left the company. Managers make up their own rules. No pay for Admin TimeThe company has been sued for the above--- among other issues. Paid out millions. Recently ZI have been told by management to report fraudulent time in store. From what I gather the company is having financial issues. I refuse. I will more than likely be fired.---- from an area that is already short people.

The salary seems great until you break it down based on the amount of hours they want you to work. Upper management is lacking. Onboarding processes are a nightmare. You’re basically trapping customers into these purchases.
