Dead End Job

04/24/2025 - Colorado Springs, CO

Pros

Make your own schedule, be your own boss as long as you dont mess anything up to bad.

Cons

No room to advance, under appreciated , under paid for work load , never given time to complete most jobs effectively, territory crossing, company merge has taken work and pay from loyal hard working employees giving work load and pay to employees brought over with other company leaving current employees unable to get raises or advancement in job no matter skill or years on the job. Was hired on at my top pay and had no idea two years on the job never got a review and now told no advancement . Dead end for me .

Stay Far Away

03/10/2025 - Corbin, KY

Pros

Work from home. At this point, that's it.

Cons

Dwindling benefits, reduced mileage reimbursement (down to .30 from .33, seriously? With the price of gas and car maintenance?), increased commute mileage deduction from 20 miles to 40 miles, reduced telecommunications expenses (from $100 to $25 a month), unrealistic demands on area managers- expecting 100% coverage in areas where staffing is challenging and they start reps between $11-$12 an hour. There's no incentive for them to drive outside their zones with the mileage policy and reimbursement rate. New FT employees have had their PTO accumulation cut by one week a year. Moved from a wfh to a hybrid model for most corporate positions, so unless you're near a major hub, you have no opportunity to advance.

Poor Upper Management

03/21/2025 - null

Pros

Pay was standard for the position

Cons

Senior management does not pay attention to how lower management is actually managing. They encourage you to take additional learnings and they do not acknowledge those that do. They do not actually follow the principles that they state they pride themselves in. Perhaps they should talk to the teams in the field for feedback on management, and if they are engaged with them.
