Premium Retail Services Reviews

Not so premium retail

02/15/2025 - Louisville, KY

Pros

No one watching over you

Cons

Everything about the company was of no benefit

Cards stacked against you

02/20/2025 - Forney, TX

Pros

Good opportunity, nice retail experience, easy to get the job

Cons

No human element, you're only as good as your sales and you will never keep up with your coworkers who openly commit fraud.

NA

02/20/2025 - Sioux Falls, SD

Pros

This is a remote position

Cons

Too many responsibilities. HR/operations, talent ops, people and client management.

Great place to work if you love being social and have great customers service experience

01/01/2025 - Nevada, MO

Pros

Company offers great support and on the job training. Potential to move up quickly if motivated to.

Cons

Schedule rotates every almost weekly

It's an ok entry level job as far as pay. Wouldn't recommend the company

01/08/2025 - null

Pros

It's a job. you get to learn about new electronics and technology

Cons

The company, corporate, leadership. I was literally told wrong information in my interviews and didn't find out til months later. IDK if it was intentional or not but if I'd been given the correct information I would NOT have accepted the job. I was fibbed to about advancement opportunities within the company and the program in the final interview. Everything is soo micromanaged. The way the system is set up it's designed to make you work harder and not smarter. Everyone from the top to the bottom seems so disorganized and it's almost impossible to get answers to questions, support or guidance for anything. Communication is broken, training is almost non-existent. The males seem to be appreciated/honored more than the females. Corporate is ... I don't know how this company stays in operation. Nothing gets done and it's nearly impossible to speak to anyone. When you do they sometimes hang up on you or tell you they'll get someone to contact you and that never happens. Emails sometimes get an auto-reply but most of the time you won't hear anything back. You are way overworked and grossly underpaid. They don't listen to the experienced experts on changes that could help the whole program work more efficiently and smoothly. 3pl used to be what everyone in retail wanted to be. They're the paying same or less than what they paid decades ago and expecting you to do 5x the work. They don't respect your time when you are off the clock or days off. They don't allow admin time even though it shows on the report. I was told put zero there always... you work for free daily and weekly because of this and other factors. Yes there are laws against that but they've figured out the loopholes.Bonuses get penalized for doing what you're supposed to do or during a fire drill and what they ask you to do.

Really hard job

01/20/2025 - Albuquerque, NM

Pros

Can’t think of any right now

Cons

Requires lots of time and hard life balance. If a sales person calls out you gotta cover the store. With multiple locations what do you do with multiple call outs and no support. Pay is low for reps so turn around time on employees is very high

Informational

01/27/2025 - Tulsa, OK

Pros

The more sales you make the better your commission is...

Cons

The less sales the less you make...

This is far from a career.

01/21/2025 - Plano, TX

Pros

There’s flexibility in your work schedule

Cons

The pay isn’t a livable wage and they rarely give out raises. They require you to drive your own vehicle and while they do pay for mileage, they don’t pay it correctly. (They will pay mileage based on the most economical route which includes toll roads but will not reimburse tolls.)You are required to use your own phone for reporting and they require you to share your location at all times. This is an invasion of privacy. They used to pay $0.25 per picture you upload on service orders, but it is now capped at $50 per month. Some service orders require 30-40 pictures be uploaded so one could easily hit the cap within a week. There is no mentoring or physical training for the job. They give you a PDF attached to your service order and you’re supposed to “figure it out.”I used to get overtime but since there’s been new management, overtime is “against policy.” Overtime used to be a benefit.I used to get bonuses every once in a while, but those have been taken away too.

It's a great job for working solo

01/22/2025 - Orlando, FL

Pros

Cons
