You could have good team. Maybe.
Cons
Corporate and the upper management (Regional Management and up) are constantly changing how you do your job. They tell you the job is simple, rent and collect, but don't explain about the other million small tasks they expect. That isn't counting the new tasks they throw at you every week or two. Some stores only get one delivery person, so even if you're a sales manager or a credit manager, you'll be stuck doing deliveries and then talked down to for not being able to do your actual job at the same time.

There are worse jobs. You can get benefits and work 40 hours every week. You get vacation paid.

Lots of poor micro management. You can tell upper management isn't familiar with how a store runs or the needs of cash earners. Upper management should know and support the ones in the company that make their money not the opposite of that.

Well the manager was a hard worker but unqualified for her Lil position. She went thru credit manager after credit manager and would blame the stores problems on them the upper management are lies and fight each other and back stab to keep their job
