Promotion and achievements overshadowed by poor management practices

There were no pros. I started as a credit manager back when we had legal authority. I was able to uncover a bunch of fraud taking place by the store manager at the time. Which then led to me being promoted to store manager within a year. I grew the store from 506 aor to over 850 AOR in one year. Despite this profitable store and stabilization. I became the scapegoat and I was terminated in April of 26 for credit numbers.
Cons
No legal authority for collections outcomes. No work life balance. Upper management DM specifically favoritism. DM allows female coworkers to address him as Daddy or Mr President. Constant pressure without recognition. More duties without additional compensation.

Store manager very unprofessional. Telling others even outside of work about my protected personal medical records to mutual acquaintances. Talks negatively about all employees to the other employees when they aren’t around and calls other stores to talk about them. I had to quit it got so bad.
