Comp structure and bonuses change often and are not attainable consistently as the target often changes, and by the time you understand what the year's bonus structure is it is usually too late to adjust your strategy to maximize your opportunity. On years where you don't bonus it is very difficult to make ends meet for a well presented operation.

Depending on which DM you get depends on your training , some are wonderful and show you the ropes and go with you on prospects others literally just delegate and hope you make it work.

Corruption and lack of benefits make it unbearable

They are corrupt schisters that have zero benefits and they do not pay to train you. DO NOT EVER WORK FOR AFLAC IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF.
