Can make a lot of money with good work ethics.Some of the shop leads are genuinely good people and are trustworthy.
Cons
Some played favorites.Fraudulent co workers.Shop and equipment dilapidated(mostly due to neglect)Large shop lot of techs. Very competitive and political. I usually gave 20 hours a week away to other techs and I was still hated for the hours I made.

Nothing!If I had to pick one pro it would be the handful of "REAL" co-workers! Other than that everyone is there for themselves!

EVERYTHING! From the start they lie to you about the training, pay and what to expect! Be ready for management to act so nice to you in your face but soon you will be yelled at about survey's and what you are not selling enough of! Management told us do whatever we needed to get the 5 stars on the surveys! WE were told by service management and even higher management to give "FREE GAS/DIESEL" as long as customers filled out the survey and only those who gave the 5 stars! On my last day of employment the service manager yelled at us cause the gas card had $60,000 of gas/diesel charges. I could go on and on with my time at this place! I didn't know places like this ran the way it was! The way customers are treated and even worst how the service of their vehicles are worked on! Don't believe everything you read in these reviews! The insurance is a joke! You will spend 120 plus hours every two weeks and be lucky if you make 1,200! This place will drain the life out of you! I lived it for 8 months!
