- Senior management has difficulties correcting issues preemptively- lack of ability to innovate with newer effective processes to maintain revenue.- Lack of transparency - This site in particular is treated as second rate citizens a majority of management has already left for other opportunities with no official announcements. This location will most likely be closed Q2 of 2027.

Insurance was terrible, had a really high rate. HR was a very impersonal and apathetic system that did not serve the employees best interest. Good manager for a while but got swapped with a terrible one.
