A normal part time job

Pros
It's great for students and young adults who need money. My coworkers were good people, and I never had a problem with management. I enjoyed helping customers find the products they needed. The lack of a commission system made me feel like I could help them find the right product for their use case.
Cons
Dealing with customer complaints was always the low point of my day. If you work the sales floor, you'll need a good pair of shoes because it's a lot of walking. Selling credit cards and their subscription service made me feel like I was scamming people. I never could get over it.

A good team-based environment, supportive leadership, and competitive pay. Best Buy is also an environment where you can learn a variety of skills to provide the best possible customer experience for people who want to stay up-to-date with the latest tech.

Not many pay raise opportunities within lower roles. You’ll have to promote. I don’t like that to get medial benefits as a part timer you have to work almost full time hours.
