Once you crawl your way to management things get little better. The people make the time spent worth it.

Lots of hidden agendas. Store leaders are quite deceptive, and although there is a zero tolerance policy on retaliation they do find careful ways around that. Lots of passive aggressive threats and comments disguised as trying to be friends from upper management, and sneaky work arounds to “remove the problem people”
