There are a few pros that stand out, the benefits are solid and the people are great. There is also room to grow within the company.
Cons
Upper level management is too focused on metrics and numbers, usually to the detriment of the employee. Communication between management and employees is also fairly poor. Also, the pay is criminally low for the work that is done. On average, the equivalent job pays anywhere from $3-$6 more an hour.

You can make a ton of connections for future purposes. You meet lots of great people and the team you can be a part of can be great.

Management can make or break the experience. The culture also revolving around selling memberships and pushing for credit card applications can be exhausting and annoying.
