Hired mid March. Ive only been put on the schedule twice. They also put you on the schedule on the app and take it away last minute. Managers also don't respond to your text.

We can call other associates from the sales floor to help out at the registers if they have register training

Coverage for the registers is so scarce from the actual cashier team because they’re hardly getting any hours and the company refuses to give us (at least my location) enough hours to even schedule a decent number of cashiers to be on the registers at any given time, at most 2-3 cashiers, and our location is a very high traffic location, so customers end up waiting a very long time to make their purchases
