Barely any training, work-life balance is a struggle, availability even on days off is the expectation. No control over running your business since everything is dictated down to you. Awful turnover.

They over hire employees, so there are not enough hours for their long term enployees, not enough training, expected to work like a robot unrealistically fast, they have their favorite employees which they don't make work as hard

Favoritism, culture toxic, no restrooms, no holiday pay, cashier area had no ventilation it gets hot, sometimes you end up working by yourself, you barely have a schedule and managers don't take accountability for their faults.
