Good benefits you get to invest in a share profit of the organization franchise and you get free food
Cons
You don’t get brakes unless the shift is completely covered. The customers will complain about the portion sizes, but don’t want to pay the price for extra portion.

Schedule can be last minute. I can't access it from the okra site so I don't get a notice 2 weeks in advance it's usually 1-2 days notice what my schedule for that week is.
