I've been with the company for 10 years and currently serve as a Regional Marketing Manager, which I think speaks volumes on its own. What has kept me here is the consistently supportive and transparent leadership at all levels of the organization. Senior leadership, including the CEO, leads with an honest, human, and relatable approach- you're not just hearing values talked about, you see them modeled every day. The culture is collaborative and people-centric, and there's a genuine emphasis on work/life balance. Employees are trusted to do their jobs well, given autonomy, and supported when challenges arise. Communication is clear and open, and there's a strong sense that leadership is accessible and truly listening. It's a place where you feel respected, valued, and motivated to do great work.
Cons
As with any growing organization, things can move quickly and change is ongoing. For people who prefer rigid structure or a very slow pace, that may take some adjustment.

The training was non existent, many times I was lost with no Support, passive aggressive management. Poor communication and transparency between managers. Management can be very condescending and passive aggressive. You are sometimes expected to drive a long distance for activities and events.

Comparion has a very strong culture where people genuinely show up for each other. You feel the impact of your work everyday. I clearly see how my efforts support our agents, our clients, and the broader business. Leadership encourages new ideas, supports experimention, and gives you room to grow.
Cons
There are moments where we move in areas without a fully defind process. It is not a negative but you should be comfortable navigating and helping shape the path forward.

This is a job that when you fail you feel personally responsible because you are in charge of your day to day. There are many ways to do this job, and we have the support to do it well, but if you don't act you won't be successful and that can weigh on a person when they know that it was inaction or the wrong action that drove a poor result. The good news is that we have leaders that help us avoid those pitfalls!
