Lacks transparency for initial pay, and too much emphasis put on number of dials made despite making sales. Commissions are also relatively low, and renewals rates are a joke.

after 6 months of being a sales agent they cut our 2% rentention bonus per month, we now need to get into a $300k book of business your first year in order to qualify for that bonus. That is a rather big pay cut. I can see doing it to new employees coming in but for those of us hired in 2025 to have that removed in 2026 is awful. Our biggest competition has more carriers than us, Comparion has no plan to bring on more carriers. Don't bother wasting your time on this company. Unless you've been with them for more than 4 years you are not going to make any money. The newbies are treated like we are expendable and that's how we feel.
