Concentra Reviews

Horrible MANAGEMENT

04/23/2025 - Van Nuys, CA

Pros

Nothing is good about the management here.

Cons

Management needs some cleaning up to do. The manager got demoted that’s how bad things are. Drs are rude. They hire people with criminal back grounds as managers and horrible pay.

Learned a lot about multi-treating

04/29/2025 - Reston, VA

Pros

Autonomy, regular patients on the schedule mixed with random same day evals or new evals help when you end up with 5 patients at a time

Cons

Mill, value of care decreases when you have e too many patients at one time

Too focused on numbers

03/06/2025 - Valencia, CA

Pros

They have a great PTO package, and the longer you're there the more PTO you'll get

Cons

Not enough staffOverbooked schedule with not enough doctorsHeavily focused on numbers (e.g. wait times, length of stay, check out times, appointment numbers)Somewhat unrealistic goals for bonuses, it felt like they just dangle the possibility of a bonus over your head

Pay

03/07/2025 - Atlanta, GA

Pros

Cons

Needs a better pay for experience

Great to work at Concentra

03/18/2025 - Omaha, NE

Great but....

03/23/2025 - Lanham, MD

Pros

Flexible with my hours, allowed me to fairly manage between my other job and this job.Great team Great payTrue 9-5 with no weekends

Cons

The patients were obnoxious and made the job hard some days.Short staffed which affect wait times, which eventually fell on the front desk associate's shoulders when it came down to the patient interactions. Was forced to train for tasks that were outside of job description.

Over

03/07/2025 - null

Pros

I wasn't there long enough to give out any pros

Cons

They will have one person do the work of about 3 people so when you make an honest mistake or need help, they can blame and criticize you. They'll overwork you.

meh

03/10/2025 - Addison, TX

Pros

people are great and I enjoyed working with them

High school part 2

03/20/2025 - Linthicum, MD

Pros

The only Pro I can think of is flexible start times.

Cons

Welcome back to high school, this place is full of cliques. If you make friends with a supervisor you’ll love it and can get away with anything. They pick and choose who they call out for doing things that others get away with. This half can work from home everyone else has to come in the office, this half has to clock out for lunch but that group can leave for an hour while on the clock to run errands. Only certain people are allowed overtime the rest will be wrote up if you go over 40 hours but you also better hit your touches. They will treat you like kindergarteners again and move your seats away from your friends if they think you talk to much but other people have conversations from across the office and no one says a word. Micro management is the worst if you don’t get your touches up the supervisor will move her desk right by you and come sit with you to watch you work, but if you try to ask a question to understand something your told to go back and read your notes.

RUN RUN RUN

03/20/2025 - Philadelphia, PA

Pros

Most of the worknet staff that’s left there is wonderfulThe only management team that is decent by any means is the South Philly one

Cons

Unattainable goalsForget leaving at 5 closing time if a patient that needs a drug screen or has a new injury walks in at 4:59 your now stuck until the patient is done They get 3 hours to take the DOT drug testThere is no schedule whoever walks in the door is now yours to deal with You do the most out of anyone in that office MA Duties as well as Rad tech duties (drug screens physicals new injuries the works) anything that’s done on that floor you will have to do…don’t get sucked in to being a trainer or preceptor they give you a whole 50 cent raise and you have to fight to get it They don’t promote for hard work but if you suck up and push your work off on everyone else you’ll get real farthey don’t want to pay their rad techs even what they deserve $35 in Philly area good luck getting a raise after your initial hire regardless of how good your reviews areThe bonuses are a joke $150 after taxes not even worth the aggravation for hitting all the metricsManagement is focused on their bonus only which is why they don’t give the raises(they bonus off monthly and yearly numbers) they could care less about the rest of the employees under them If you stay any length of time you will be ready to leave health care all together burn out is an understatement Leaving there was the best decision I ever made
