Great patient care mix but poor regional leadership support

Nice patient mix of urgent care procedures, DOT physicals, comprehensive pre-employment physicals, travel health, and opportunities to learn about healthcare operations. Office staff has been great and makes the work fun and meaningful.
Cons
Regional medical leadership does not support physicians and thinks we are disposable. They choose to protect their non-clinical operations colleagues (many of whom are from Starbucks) rather than reflect on why their doctors are not thriving. Regional leadership thinks many are dying to work for this company---when in fact, many are literally dying to leave this company.

Average pay and benefits. You earn a decent amount of PTO but have to us your PTO for holidays. They are not paid.

They let children MA’s who behave like they are in a high school cafeteria run the sow. You will see at least 40 patients a day with inadequate support. The administration is in California and completely disconnected. The IT is a mess. I wasn’t even given the appropriate password access until I was basically on my own.

There is no pros this place is only focus on number they do not care about the employees no holiday pay you have to use your own PTO if you have it..very miserable environment never recommend place not even to someone who just need a job.

Just terrible nothing really great to say about this place is very depressing. Jost holding on until better come and gone. This place is a joke. They do not care about nothing but number I repeat... There is no benefit with this place. High turnover. Always short on staff.
