Terrible pay and customer service leads to frustration

I accepted an order for over $13 and before i picked it up, it added another for over $6. When i checked my earnings the next day... all i had was $7.88 for 1.5 hrs of my time and the gas which is pretty much all i got paid for aith these high gas prices. I entered a ticket and it was escelated and they said the amount was right and there would be no further compensation. This is TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE and honestly criminal behavior. As soon as they deposit my little $8 in my account i am deleting the app and will be leaving reviews anywhere i can!

You get to watch other people do absolutely nothing without repercussions. The manager had a day job and was never there.

Terrible management chain. People openly sitting around while 1 or 2 diligent employees work. Complaints went unanswered. Got a 5 cent raise. 5 cents. told them to take their nickel and shove it

Starting pay is high and employees get discounted in store and on app also get free delivery membership

Management is never inside the store or taking accountability and will use and give their best employees extra task and work that is only responsible for management . The system and structure is unorganized and will take advantage of the best performing employees with little raise no benefits for top performers
