Im shocked by the lack of expertise in upper management. Property managers are rarely in the office and ignore employee concerns. I’ve seen a beautiful lease-up community fall apart due to mismanagement and poor communication with maintenance. Issues are hidden from owners, and delays leave leasing agents to face tenant outrage. Blame falls on leasing teams, commissions are delayed, and excessive PTO worsens support. Turnover is high—don’t expect anyone to care about your well-being.

Benefits packaging is great! Work from home options are really helpful.
Cons
Office setups are "360" open area desks with conference rooms only. Salarys are on the low side until you hit upper management. Greystar used to reward hard work and efficient results. It has since become a bottom-line corporate machine in recent years.
