Gaslighting 101 here. Your older stores do not fit the cookie cutter mold. Sending in other management from low volume stores into extreme volume stores does literally nothing but prove the high volume stores are doing everything possible to just continue operating. Work life balance is an absolute joke with this company. Should've been obvious when they kept shoving it down everyone's throat even when it's explicitly obvious everyone would rather jump off the roof.Reyes is the only person in corporate I would trust at all and yet he's been non existent. Regionals are delusional. DMs don't do anything to help. If I have a question I'm better off asking CHATGPT than my DM. DMs are only focused on saving their own since they haven't had to do anything for the last 3 years. You hired a bunch of "do as I say not as I do" for senior management and I don't see any improvement in the near future. Actually continually poor decision after another. I'll actually be amazed if this company get "great place to work" ever again. Truly an embarrasing fall from grace.
