Our office has great co-workers. Monday-Thursday schedule

We are beholden to an investment firm so therefore-Low pay for expected workload, 401 K match was taken away as well as lowering PTO, High patient count due to stressing high production for insulting incentives for the employees that interferes with quality of care. Questionable treatment plans, Minimal break time for lunch if at all.

They expect you to work through your lunch break. You have to constantly remind them you can't stay passed the hours you work because u have a family. Its money driven. They hire doctors straight out of school and expect them to do quality work, but patients keep coming back complaining about the pain that they are having from the work that was done. They never want to approve the days u need off or if you want to use your PTO. The doctors are mean. The office staff gossips about everyone. The office is unorganized. They expect the assistance to do everything and get mad if u make a mistake.

Offer many classes and courses to help you succeed and guide your teams to success. Offices are kept up with and new.
Cons
Doctor and team retention. Growth opportunities are not based on your performance, but more based on who you know and if you’re in with the right circle. Very cliquey. Infrastructure not in place in prior to growing the business. Overall culture has changed over the past few years.

Pay was decent and some of my fellow coworkers were pleasant to work with.
Cons
You're thrown to the wolves when you start, but you're expected to be very hands on with the employees you hire. Upper Management would overspend on wasteful things and have needless meetings, which would affect everyone else's budgets. Often felt as though I was talked down to or talked at, instead of having a mutually respectable discussion or conversation.

Training was not sufficient. Would have liked to been trained by a specific person and not teammates as you get the extent of their knowledge not necessarily what you need to know to be successful
