Pros

High growth means more opportunities to grow. Frequently promotes from within. Lots of people you run into have been at the company for 5,10,15 years! Feel great about the work I do- truly doing the right thing for the right reason for teams and providers.

Cons

Heartland doesn’t listen to feedback but asks for it- benefits are not good at all many been complaining for years, pay rates vary wildly- no consistency. Increases are 0-3% yearly. This year, employee engagement survey doesn’t have a space to make comments.. Seems like they don’t want feedback.

The task of being a production based company so as a hygienist coordinating with the dentist for treatment that the patient doesn’t really need in order to bring in more money for the office to meet their magical monthly monetary goal this losing patients trust and feeling horrible.
