Depending on the region, you'll either have great management or terrible management. So, no consistency in their hiring and training. They are a big corporate company and really push numbers on you.

They overstaff the dental offices with doctors which makes it impossible to have a healthy workflow of patients and make production goals. You then accumulate debt and never are able to make a bonus. Pay is well below average as a base.
