Unstable staffing for the past 3 years. Grew quickly with inability to forecast longevity post-COVID. A lot of good people were let go and still are being released regardless of tenure
Flexibility can't save you from terrible management

Terrible management, from the CEO down to the Chief of Staff. They're laying people off based on cost alone. Don't expect a raise, even if you're consistently putting in more than 40 hours a week — they'll just say you didn't earn it. This all started after the company got acquired and leadership decided to start treating internal employees badly.When you bring your concerns to upper management, they still give you a weak excuse for why they can't offer any raise at all. It's honestly wild how much the company culture has changed. They even shipped my job overseas to Cebu.Given that, they'd better hope nothing like an earthquake ever disrupts operations there — between the business continuity risk and the security exposure of moving critical work offshore, they'd be in serious trouble.
