Pay at long-term care and rehab facilities can be low for the amount of work especially when you are an RN (which usually you are the only one in the building). Instant pay only allows you to receive 65% of your pay then you have to wait until their scheduled pay day which is every 2 weeks for the remaining 35%.

This company does not take care of its providers when dealing with facilities especially when facilities are trying to get agency out. The facilities is that they have for options are declining because of their bad reputation. Things have gotten to the in my area that the local facilities that they do have are so bad that they are nightmares to work at.
