Where should I start? How about my manager who brought in two people he used to work with at his last job and then when layoff time came guess who wasn’t laid off? This Company is a sinking ship clingingon to invisible life rafts. 3rd CEO in 9 months. C Suite jumping ship, awful experience for the rest who are left wading through the toxic mess left in their hasty departure.

Rates are low in some facilities where you should be compensated more for as much work that’s required and understaffing.

Overall the company was one of the most mismanaged companies of all-time. It really seems like the owners were looking for a quick buck, thought they struck gold during covid, then quickly realized they should just settle for the quick buck. Company had a huge surge during covid, then doubled the staff, then in subsequent years slowly fired everyone who actually does work there in favor of overpaid directors and friends. Most directors are just meeting warriors who sit on zoom all day complaining that work isn't being done.

Facilities cancel constantly in less than 5 hours before the start of your shift. This needs to be changed!!!! Within the last 3 weeks, I've had 4 out of 6 shifts cancel under 5 hours of my shift starting. Go with another agency........

Mostly friendly people. Some freedom to experiment with technology. Occasionally get to build some software.

Company in shutdown mode. Weird made up business processes that should be conventional are constantly reinvented. Very little foresight or project planning. Great expectations that are backed by extremely hasty, wasteful, and haphazard practices which lead to shameful and fragile software products. If anyone works here, you will likely have a conversation were you suggest, "this is a bad idea, why are we doing this?" and forced to do it anyway and then later the project and team get cancelled and get questioned for the bad decision.
