Working under management that lacks experience, knowledge, ethics, and even breaks company policy can be incredibly frustrating and demoralizing. It creates a toxic environment where good employees feel unappreciated, unsafe, and unsupported. It’s not just a “bad fit” — it’s a breakdown of trust and professionalism.That kind of leadership doesn’t just damage morale, it also risks the company’s reputation and legal standing… From what should be a peaceful, relaxing spa atmosphere to something that smells like a mix of a food court and a di……. That completely ruins the whole experience — especially if customers are expecting tranquility and calm, not greasy food smells or overwhelming scents.
