Massage Therapists get booked, make good money and treated well. Scheduling is almost always flexible.
Cons
Estheticians struggle to get booked, and not treated as well as Massage Therapists. Front desk associates are not treated as well as Estheticians or Massage Therapists. There is the hierarchy. Consequently, front desk associates are often mean and moody. Clinics are often dirty and equipment not in good shape.

The work is what you put into it! I love it here, but I’ve seen people come in that are not motivated to enjoy what they do or make it more than just a job. The management in my location is INCREDIBLE, and they are always looking for feedback and how to help their employees develop. My location also has great perks such as discounts on services and products, and extra incentives based on membership performance!
Cons
Sometimes difficult to take time off because we have the minimum amount of employees to operate the front desk, so taking time off most likely leaves it short staffed.
