Many opportunities to cross train, friendly team, and the cakes are extremely moist and delicious. If you care at all and apply yourself and self-advocate, you can be promoted quickly and learn a lot!

Revolving door of inline staff, sometimes hard to keep people on the team long term. Probably due to wages, though the wages here are comparable to other jobs at this level in the area.
