Not super serious or hard to proforma tasks
Cons
Manager and owner are unprofessional and extremely rude and gossip an alarming amount abiut the (primarily teen) staff. Sitting on bags of sugar and eating in the back as well as bot wearing a hair net. They only enforce rules on those they dislike and are so demeaning.

Where do I start? - low pay for high labor 10/hr and 11/hr if ur shift lead - the amount of gossip is disgusting. No matter how hard you try you’ll never be good enough for any of them. - mistakes not allowed and very strict about what they do which isn’t always bad but again shouldn’t be that serious where it was simple accident.-overall they treat workers terribly I was given a chair when I was told I was going to throw up

Schedule was pretty flexible when I first started working there.
Cons
Felt over worked because we were understaffed even during holidays, burnout. When asked for opportunities to have growth opportunities, was turned down. Basically assisted every position at some point. Assistant manager had weird vibes towards the girls. Felt a little excluded because everyone else working in there was white and would openly speak about politics.
