-The only good thing about the bakery is that the co-workers are really nice.-Life is good here if you are a GSR. Least amount of work with the same pay as the frosters and dishwasher.-If you are okay working less than 20 hours for minimum wage, go for it.

-They pay minimum wage to the front and the back. The work in the back is so much more tedious. They should know the difference.-When no one is hiring, they are! The people who work hard don't get enough hours, while they keep hiring replacements. Hence, everybody gets less hours.-They don't communicate well about any concerns they have with you. And one day, you will stop getting scheduled or your hours will be cut.-No matter how hard you work it is not enough! They will find excuses as a reason to not give you more hours. -There are few who work more than the rest and you will not be recognized for it.-They only give 10% employee discount while other places offer free food or half price. And their cakes are so expensive.

Upper management picking and choosing when to follow policy. High turn over rate for all positions. Low pay. Assigning manager jobs to GSRs. They don’t value you. You’re looked at as a replaceable resource than a long term investment.

Managers are friendly and care about you personally; they will try their best to work with your scheduling needs and approve time off requests placed within the window on the scheduling app. Coworkers are nice and make it a fun place to work.

Sometimes it can be hard to get the hours you want since it is mostly part time work and they hire high school and college students mostly.

I suspect that the acquisition by private equity has caused for them to be rather strict with their employees, telling them to use strict language. The emphasis on getting customers to purchase more than needed felt awkward at times. Additionally, I was told to sexualize myself by a senior teammates so I could get customers to leave good reviews on the surveys?
