It's an easygoing job. The pay is high compared to the amount of work you do. Customers are typically pleasant. Hours are very flexible.
Cons
Management doesn't run a tight ship. Hours are cut when it's a slow season and are typically inconsistent.
Clear duties but toxic management and illegal mandatory unpaid training

Easy enough job, very clear on what your work duties are, not too much cleaning involved for this position, employee discount

Owners were condescending- they often screamed at and cussed at employees, owners tried to enforce unpaid mandatory training (illegal in NC) and they didn't like that I pushed back on that, I got carpal tunnel after just 4 months of working there because of the repetitive frosting motion- not worth the lifelong nerve damage!!

The manager that I had randomly cut my hours without telling me and was rude. The customers are even more rude, and this job just sucked the life out of me. You work 7 hours, and they don't even give you a break. I used to sit in the back while doing crafts, and one of the bakers took my seat. Mind you, they get breaks, and we don't.
