It is basically highschool all over again. It was very tight knit, and in a bad way. You got yelled at for the most minor things. I still work here so I will not mention specific points, but it was pretty bad.

If your coworkers are cool, might be a nice place to work at. The positions for back of house might be better than front of house, but I didn't make it long enough to find out.

"Joy creator," aka, take crap from customers for 5-12 hours. They have really specific rules about how you have to greet customers, for example you HAVE to come around the counter to the front, and there is essentially a script you follow for every interaction. You have to ask them about decorations, candles, balloons, etc. Makes you feel more like a robot than an actual person. The store I was at did random shopper reviews so you never knew when you were getting "graded." Mind you, I had the best experiences when I wasn't following their up-selling script.
