The pay is good and it is nice to receive free food. The culture is also pretty alright. If your coworkers are nice then you might even have a good time. The job isn't very hard once you get the hang of it.

Cons

In my experience, and according to others, hours are inconsistent and you may even be promised full time upon hire and they will not follow through. It can depend on management, but I have seen people being hired when there are not enough hours already.

Depends on your management team, but sometimes the work seems too much, especially if you work BOH. You have to be responsible for making sure all the dishes are clean and flowing correctly while also having to stop every 10-20 minutes to go make the sides.
