Increase in AI use has dropped writer project hours and reduced quality of products. Have also had limited hours since the start of 2025 due to a lack of work overall.

Upper management think and treat the lower employees like they are robots and keep downsizing accounts putting more work onto the staff. They are trying to outsource all accounts to other countries. Even with record breaking profits for multiple years in a row say they cant give raises to the staff

I had a wonderful experience working at RSR. I had the opportunity to work with incredible clients who made a real impact, and my journey within the company was truly rewarding. While everyone's experience may differ, I was fortunate to be promoted four times, and my work was always valued and appreciated.The company fosters a collaborative environment filled with smart, talented people, strong leadership, and supportive teammates—many of whom have become lifelong friends. The technology we used was cutting-edge, allowing for seamless data analysis and efficient workflows. The training programs were top-notch, helping employees grow professionally.Most importantly, this is a company that genuinely cares about its people. They provide opportunities for growth, and in my experience, they were transparent in their communication, which I truly valued. Looking back, this is a company I wish I had never left.If you're considering joining, I highly recommend it

One challenge of working on the RPO side was the dependency on the client’s hiring needs. If a large client went through a hiring freeze or wasn’t performing well, it often led to fluctuations in the team, and unfortunately, some employees could be put on the bench or even laid off through no fault of their own. Additionally, compensation was somewhat tied to the client you supported. Those on smaller accounts might find their pay slightly below market, while larger accounts followed a more standardized pay structure. The benefits were decent but could be improved in some areas.

The office space is beautiful and well located

Coworkers were extremely misogynistic and rated female coworkers in other offices on their appearance and discussed wanting to date them. Teambuilding bar time was basically compulsory. That's the tip of the iceberg.Truthfulness was not encouraged. It felt like constantly taking advantage of candidates. When exempt/non exempt time laws changed in another state, they sat the whole office down in a conference room to tell us that we are salaried and should put 8-5 no matter what we worked, because those laws didn't apply to us. Why would you tell employees to lie on their time tracking if it doesn't matter?Never again and would never work with that company if a candidate.
