The absolute worst healthcare plan I’ve ever seen. They sometimes I’m fact just forget to pay you. And when they do it’s not quick to get it fixed.

Great for when you need a job fast

Cons

Warehouse work can require a person to work outside of their comfort zone with a lot of walking, standing and lifting. Not suitable for everyone.

Pros

Almost literally none unless your landlord lets you pay your rent in promising Q1 forecasts.

Cons

The work comes in waves with zero warning when there won't be any work for up to months at a time. You are still expected to always deliver on milestones even when you have to inevitably pick up a part-time job because they are giving you less than 3 hours a week. On the bright side they flood you with emails about how great the company culture is and what they have been up to which is almost as good as having money to pay bills.
