You have multiple people telling you to do one thing different ways then get mad if you don’t follow their instructions specifically. They don’t want employees to have work life balance during work week, must put the job before everything.

At RB, you are just a number. Most in Middle management are terrible and thinks they are on a pedestal. Smarts, kindness & hard work won't get you anywhere. Politics, kiss-ups & and high turnover rate-across the board. Tenure matters here and the good ones always leave for new opportunities. They also treat bottom level and contract workers horribly.RB has a facade of a cool startup environment, but it is run by toxic corporate heads, who are careless about their employees and lives. Better off at Monster!
