Pay is fairly competitive for a sales job, health benefits are top notch, coworkers are good people.
Cons
Managerment continues to increase the metrics and expectations causing team members to constantly fear for their jobs. They prioritize profits over the well being of the team, beat down the sales associates to submission with a endless write up system, ignore HR complaints and never take concerns seriously, hire more sales people than the store traffic can handle, and refuse to follow laws in place to avoid discrimination of genders.
