A new layer of management was hired (Sr. RSDMs) and their role was to build in standards for the RSDM role which were to essentially help teams function better, but it added a level of micromanaging.The customer service is terrible for customers post install - After install ALMOST EVERYONE WILL GET A ROOF LEAK!!!

BEWARE WOMEN. I had a very traumatic experience as a women who was hired by this company. I worked for the San luis obispo office for a matter of weeks and was discriminated against based on my race and subjected to isolation and harassment with my manager at the time requiring me to spend hours with him alone in his home. What you're signing when you join keeps you from being able to ever fully speak up about abuse within the company. UPDATE: Over one year later and still have not lawfully given me my employee file upon several requests or responded to me.
