Pros

PTO accrues at a good rate. Friendly teammates. Strong business outlook

Cons

Typical Bureaucracy that comes with being in a large company. The reason you get paid decently is because you have to handle many calls each day. Customers call in very escalated because they don't udnerstand the reality of their solar service. The job is helping these customers achieve realistic expectations for their solar service.
