World Class Standard

Pros

Good pay, benefits, and work environment

Cons

Long hours, lot of time on the road, and high expectations.

Nothing

09/04/2024 - Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pros

Nothing about them is good THATS all im saying I’ve been trying to get in this company for over five years, never got approved not at once…… if you are black African-American, please do not waste your time. Just keep looking.

Cons

Racial profiling to the fullest it’s not a good company to work for

No life balance

09/19/2024 - Allentown, PA

Pros

profit sharing was good. The pay was good.

Cons

No life balance, micromanagement was in another level

Awful interview practices/pushing politics

09/02/2024 - Hudson, WI

Pros

Pay is OK, not great. Offer massages on site.

Cons

Worst interview practices I've ever seen. "Old boys club" environment. Extremely politically conservative and will absolutely push their politics unto their employees. They send out a newsletter pushing far right politics regularly, written by the owner and the owners wife, Liz. Promotions are based solely on how well the managers like you, not on competency. And if you are a liberal, good luck even getting a job here, let alone a promotion. They will absolutely check your social media and if you have anything even remotely liberal on yours they will end the hiring process (I scrubbed mine on the advice of a friend before I applied). They routinely interview applicants 6+ times with no intention of actually hiring them, leading them on for months in order to meet their quotas. They are expert level at wasting fresh out of college young adult time throughout this process. And again, if they get the slightest whiff of you not being Republican, you have zero chance. It's one of the weirdest most cultish work environments I have ever been a part of. You are basically expected to worship the owners and pledge fealty to them for the PRIVILEGE of getting constantly forced for overtime and making barely industry standard pay/benefits. They preach work life balance endlessly but will also leave you as little time as possible with your family, normal work days are very long and routinely go longer than scheduled. Most of the normal workers are very friendly and pleasant to work with, management are disconnected from the realities of regular folks work and are typically promoted based on the "old boys club" environment.Highly recommend not working here, at least not in the office, which is where my experience was. They are a company that claims to are deeply for their employees, but in reality they just want to use you up as much as possible and if you don't fit into their idea of "conservative" you won't get a job or move up at all. Try working at basically any other job before working here, Andersen windows is a great company in the area that is miles better in pay/benefits/work life balance.

Pros

Good benefits and good PTO timeq

Cons

Its a cult they treat you like shittt

They don’t value family, force people out of company

09/23/2024 - Reno, NV

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Profit sharing bonus at end of year. Easy work.

Cons

They tell you you’re part of the “family,” but when you start your own family it’s a huge inconvenience to them. Throughout my pregnancy I was harassed by the safety coordinator and postpartum returning to work I was denied a transfer to a job I got at corporate. I was told it was due to being pregnant prior. I was told I should quit breastfeeding when I got injured at work. I was also told maybe I should quit after we receive the bonus at the end of the year. I was harassed about my pumping schedule at work and ultimately my breastfeeding journey ended because of this company. I was forced to quit. If you have a family or plan to start a family, don’t work for this company.

Good benefits. Nagging management

07/14/2024 - null

Pros

Their benefits, year-end profit sharing and $100 bonuses when beating a previous record are great.

Cons

If you make 1 error in the month, you're asked to have zero errors the following month. If you meet that goal of zero errors, they'll notice your productivity is low, even though your matching team goals. You increase your productivity with zero goals. BIG EFFIN DEAL! The leads and management will say you've only done that for one month. Then you do it two months in a row, three months in a row, four months in a row exceeding productivity with zero errors, BIG EFFIN DEAL!It is never ever NEVER EVER enough with that company. The analogy I tell people is: imagine having a decent house, nice car, decent money, but your spouse is CONSTANTLY NAGGING you. After a while you'll give up the house, car and money just to get the hell away from Liz Uline, I mean, your Coke Zero drinking spouse with NO shoes on. No wonder her husband Richard (I had to edit his first name) Richard Uline has his own separate private jet. Even he can't stand her.

Tough but good

07/17/2024 - null

Pros

Opportunity to learn a lot and grow

Cons

Not built for hybrid or WFH

Elitism Cult

07/21/2024 - null

Pros

Profit sharing bonus was nice.

Cons

This company is a cult of personality based around an owner who tries to mold her employees to fit the image of what she perceives to be the ideal worker. The strict dress-code and micromanaging style is meant to train people to conform or be ostracized. When you are shamed for the style of tie that you’re wearing or told that you need to be openly grateful to work for the company, it’s time to look for a new job.

Great place to work!

07/21/2024 - null

Pros

Paid well, great PTO and benefits, generous end-of-year bonus.

Cons

High expectations. If you’re someone who want to barely meet expectations, it’s not for you. They only higher the best of the best.

Good Job for hard worker

07/29/2024 - Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pros

Good salary for the type of work

Cons

Cliques amongst management and workers

Stress is not worth the money or benefits

07/18/2024 - Ontario, CA

Pros

Good money, good benefits. Nice office.

Cons

Stressful. Owner wants the call center to answer the phones faster than 911, so no calls ever get an actual ring. Can't be logged off for bathroom breaks longer than a total of 15 minutes a day. Can't be even a second late for work. If you are late a total of ten times in one year, you are automatically fired, no matter the circumstances of why or how long you have worked for the company. Owner does a white glove check on the call centers and the warehouses. Also, women in the call center must wear full business suits or dresses/skirts with pantyhose/nylons even though we do not deal with anyone in person. Ever.
