Pros

This company is in the stone ages and it is so much more than customer service and they do not even want to pay you. The job is easy money but essentially they MAKE the job hard despite it being so easy a 5th grader could do it.


Cons

They feed you alot and one day the manager called the people Vultures. I laughed at the time because the amount of disrespect is so unbelievable.

- Absolutely NO NO NO flexibility- Hiring developers based on “personality” rather than skill and personality- Upper Management - Would rather risk a 10 vehicle accident than give the company WFH for a snowstorm.- Cubicles- Business Professional- Not enough lunch tables- Can’t have more than 3 things on desk - Chairs suck- Clock in and out for salary employees

Poor Flexibility and disparity in allocation of PTOs for new joiners' , some are given 21 and some only 16 this disparity causes added pressure considering there is already 0 flexibility.

- Professional and efficient work environment- Merit-based growth- Clean, beautiful, and optimized facilites- Bonus programs that include annual performance, sales goals and profit sharing


Cons

- Office dress code is "strict" (no jeans, no tennis shoes; business coat/jacket is a must for women if they wear pants)- No WFH unless approved by higher-ups- No medical leave unless illness/accident is incapacitating (vacation days, PTOs, are used to stay home unther the wording of "at the discretion of the employee" if they are sick but the company doesn't think it's valid as medical leave)
