Definitely, some of the people I worked with were really worth it.
Cons
The lack of decision-making in the branches is frustrating, and the lack of work-like balance is horrible.

Great opportunity for students just getting out of college. Profit sharing bonus makes the pay decent. If you are single and don't get sick a lot this is probably a good job opportunity if you can look past all the cons.
Cons
Zero flexibility. Micromanaging on a whole different level. You are allowed 5 personal items on your desk (yes calendars even count). Toxic culture. Dress code is ancient (be prepared to be forced to wear pantyhose fall through spring) Management protects management and doesn't have their employees best interest at heart. Exceptions are made for only certain people willing to roll over. You can call out 5 days and on the 6th call out you will get written up (even if you have PTO available). There are no "sick" days... they become unexcused unplanned absences. They pride themselves on how hard it is to get into Uline.
Not trendy, but clear expectations, invests in people and structured.

- Structured process and expectations- Good compensation & benefits (outside of maternity leave)- Stable (good in this economy), invests in expanding and long-term careers- Yummy food and great amenities- Bootcamps, yoga, and more . Great fitness trainers. - Enjoyable people, fun camaraderie

- High expectations (which is good, but could be bad if not realistic)- Less flexible with the on-site culture (but not as bad as it seems)- No consistency across depts

Just the pay, everything else is not worth it.
Cons
Leaders harras you to work like slaves EVERY DAY. It’s a late morning schedule and the overtime is mandatory without exceptions. You can’t leave until EVERYTHING is done according to them. The pay has increased so much because they can’t keep people working for them.
Don't do it.

The politics in and out of the company are horrendous. The micromanaging is enough to drive anyone crazy and working there feels like working in a prison,

Very proud of micromanagement reputation.Even when rep scorecard is much better than goals, there is always something rep is not doing correctly. Rep won’t even know until being written up or put on an action plan. Lots of hidden traps to give Leadership a reason to say poor performance.Near zero schedule flexibility.

This company is in the stone ages and it is so much more than customer service and they do not even want to pay you. The job is easy money but essentially they MAKE the job hard despite it being so easy a 5th grader could do it.
Cons
They feed you alot and one day the manager called the people Vultures. I laughed at the time because the amount of disrespect is so unbelievable.
