High standards but invasive monitoring creates a stressful environment

Company is ran at an extremely high level. They take care of exactly what they say they do and do not accept errors. Great for customers, but can be a negative for new employees.
Cons
LACK OF PRIVACY. You are signing your privacy away if you join their force. They will track every single thing that you do and hold onto it to use it as ammo. This is not just a one manager thing, this is company wide. Be prepared for them to listen into phone calls, track mouse clicks, and have them go over your sales notes with a red pen marking any minor errors. You do not feel like a confident sales person here, you feel as if you always have to be looking over your shoulder. Mix this with 70+ (minimum) phone calls every single Monday to schedule with companies that mostly do not want to host your visit and the constant unending grind of 20+ sales calls and intensive notes and quoting a week and you will feel like your life belongs to this company.
