I have been working as a Customer Support Representative at Uline, and overall it’s been a positive experience so far. The training program was very well structured and helped me build a strong foundation. They provide a lot of useful information, but it’s explained in a way that’s easy to understand and apply during real customer calls, which made the transition to the floor much smoother.The work environment is friendly and supportive. My team and managers are always willing to help, especially when you’re new and still learning. It feels like people genuinely want you to succeed, which makes a big difference in a customer-facing role.The role itself can be fast-paced at times, but the training really prepares you for it. As long as you stay focused and use what you’ve learned, it becomes manageable.

Great people and upper management. Everyone wants to help you succeed and will mostly* help you get to where you want to be. Bonus structure for grandfathered-employees is very lucrative. Career path is made very clear from the get-go so there is no confusion on where you'll be if you continue with the company.
Cons
Very little flexibility. Doesn't matter what sort of emergency or one-off situation might be happening, there is no remote work allowed despite having laptops. Forced to clock in and out no matter how light your workload might be. There is a larger emphasis on your hours than on the work you've completed when it comes to growing within the company.* Classes are offered to learn technical skills (e.g. SQL), but management won't let people take them
