Job

02/15/2025 - USAR Center, NC

Pros

Good insurance and vision plans and union

Cons

Hard work and very limited break

Not Healthy

02/16/2025 - Queensbury, NY

Pros

Quickly hire staff offering weekly pay

Cons

No communication, written procedures; training or computer credentials for job processes, or listed requirements to obtain benefits information. $400.00 initiation fee to join union, in addition to union dues. No holiday pay or vacation for a year. Medical benefits could take 4 months or more to earn if you even learn to know better on how to qualify. Anything goes with changes to the advertised shift times. Will require you to work 6 days a week, 12hours a day during peak season. Unhealthy supervisors pick and choose what rules they want to follow and enforce. Unhealthy supervisors yell and have meltdowns because they are not happy inside. Software does not work correctly and they blame the staff for their software bugs.

Abusive company

02/17/2025 - Plattsburgh, NY

Pros

Nothing good to say about this position/company. Only take this job if you want to become a driver and need to get your foot in the door.

Cons

Management was incentivized to push you to work in unsafe conditions, and then would blame you if an accident occurred so they would not have to pay worker's compensation or medical expenses. Union was corrupt and was of little help when problems arose. Benefits didn't kick in for 6 months by which point most employees had been fired or quit. Lots of shady business practices. Avoid at all costs.
