- The pay is pretty good.- I was asked to work most days throughout the season and it didn't matter if I was unable to work on any particular day.- Spend time outside.- If you have a good driver, the day can go by fairly quickly.- Pretty active while not being overly strenuous.- Usually done with work before it gets dark out. At least in my area.

- No guaranteed schedule.- Heavy days can get pretty tiring. - Bad weather.
