The TL micromanage everything I personally did. They played down my skills although I've had previous careers working at prestigious companies and universities in NYC and CA. Poor communication by the TL who timed everything I did and lied about this and other things by presenting a list, rather than communicating right away and face to face. TL is a rude bully with control issues making for a toxic work place. They made situations miserable with condescending comments. The workload doesn't outweigh the pay or benefits.The store in general has a juvenile corporate culture.
