Pros
Sprouts as a company stands above most in the way that it feels more personalized than most grocery store monopolies. They've maintained their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs company wide, attempting to provide every team member with a sense of belonging. The Sprouts Values: Own It, Care, and Love Being Different encompass all the necessary bases for the company to succeed while also keeping their team's well-being accounted for.
Cons
On a store level, specifically the location on Highway 6 and 529 in Copperfield, Texas, maintaining the Sprouts Values has become more about making sure Core Managers make their numbers at the expense of their team. Core Managers will, by any means necessary, exploit their team members to ensure they make their various and sundry bonuses. Whether it be forcing team members into other departments to maintain labor numbers, or cutting hours of even the top performing team members. Opportunities for advancement are next to none, with management promising their top performing team members promotions, or opportunities to train in new departments, and either going back on their word without transparency, or that they simply pick an external candidate, even after allowing internal employees to apply to advance (or they'll pick a friend of theirs from their home store). Additionally, when said numbers are below the expectations of management, and their integrity is in jeopardy, they will only further exploit their team, or exude such foul energy in their moods that that the general body of the store is miserable and in fear for their own comfort. Perish the thought that a team member have their own problems outside of work, and even slightly bring similar energy into the workplace, as management will scold you for not "coming in with a positive attitude, and leaving your outside problems at the door". Management fails to truly embody the Sprouts Values, and strives solely for more profit, more power, and more influence.

Big issue with the managers they hire, acting like children or teenagers in high school and even when complaints stack on a horrible manager, nothing is ever done, biggest complaint for them will always be poor management, standards need to be higher for who they put in those positions
