Sprouts cares about its employees and customers. Every decision made is to support them.
Cons
Scheduling isn't up to the employee, you work what they say. It's a lot more fast paced and demanding work than most new hires are expecting. If you're dependable, hard working, and sociable then you'll do really well at Sprouts.

Management will never help you, they will never give you proper training, especially in the beginning, will start with a full team would end up with only a few part-time with a hardly work because they lower hours so much would expect you to perform the same amount of work

Weekly pay. That's it, literally nothing else.

To start off, demanding a start off of MY 'full-time' and dropping everything else so I can be available just to not even give the full 40 hours and have a cutoff at 37 is scummy. Then using AI to generate team/cashier schedules is so abysmally terrible. The AI is 'predicting' I don't need extra support on HEAVY traffic days, and I am being the victim of angry guests because this garbage company cannot be bothered to USE A HUMAN to make a choice.

Cons
Toxic regional management, disconnected and manipulative company ethos, low pay, extremely low hiring standards. The company will about hire anyone with a pulse, unlike say Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. I worked at several stores and many times dangerous and unstable people worked there, often for years.

- Management lacks vision as to where the company wants to be- No clear agenda of what your role is supposed to do and what your daily duties are- IT has no culture whatsoever, corporate office is sad and lonely- Why hire so many people on 6 months contract with no intenstion to hire full time
