It's nice to be in a small office at times, you know exactly who to go to when you need help, it can a lot less overwhelming, and it's calm and quiet.
Cons
Uninformed, uneducated middle management. Sloppy "onsite HR" Unethical sales tactics. I didn't enjoy being asked to cheat customers by falsely marking up original quotes from contractors so we could charge more to the end customer.

This is second round with ABM and so far I've been employed almost two years. With that said, I love ABM. Good working people, good friends, great managers. I recommend ABM to anyone. The job isn't hard. It's very enjoyable.
Cons
The only bad thing is we don't get holiday pay. That's okay cause we work all the time. The factory may be closed for some time but we're still working and making money.

No micro management you can disappear during the shift and no one will bother you
Cons
Because of the lack of micro management they lost their contract at the airport and we were all laid off with short notice (3 week short notice) without the offer of transfer or additional employment. Also did not get paid for all ours worked
