Pros
Like any small business, there are some minor growing pains at ABMA mainly related to process. However, leadership has taken the necessary steps to improve this and is extremely supportive of all the internal efforts around process improvement. As far as pros go, there are so many at ABMA. The company has some of the best and brightest employees that I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. Everyone is heavily invested in the company’s growth, success, and creating a strong company culture. ABMA also provides a flexible and supportive working environment. I never have to worry when something personal comes up last minute that changes my schedule and know that my team and the CEO fully support me in making sure I can take care of my family and myself. I would highly recommend joining ABMA if you want to work with some of the best ABM marketers and be on the ground floor of a company that is definitely going places!

As I said earlier, there are some process improvements that need to be made but this is actively being fixed so I wouldn’t really count it as a con.

While employed at ABMA, the team consisted of passionate and highly skilled professionals who bought dedication and expertise to their work. Despite the challenges, employees collaborate effectively and support one another in delivering quality results.
Cons
Vincent, the Owner and President, has a documented history of inconsistent and, at times, unlawful compensation practices affecting both employees and contractors. The work environment is characterized by low trust, with frequent and abrupt terminations. In Q4 2023 and Q1 2024, he let go of 10 team members, and an additional five employees voluntarily left in Q2 and Q3 of 2024 due to workplace conditions. Additionally, there have been instances where client contract terms were not upheld.

The ABM Agency is one of the most unstable and disorganized places I’ve ever worked. Vincent does not care about his employees at all. He lures people in with promising opportunities, and then lets them go suddenly without warning or reason.There is no investment in employee growth or long-term success. The work environment is toxic because no one knows when they’ll be the next to be blindsided. If you’re considering working here, don’t be fooled by the initial promises. Job security is nonexistent, and Vincent does not value their employees. Stay far away.
