It's a paycheck I guess, insurance is ok

Everything, no real guidance or support for employees to do their job successfully, low pay, highly stressful, lucky to have your supplies, they have an attendance point system but no way to check your points, they don't let you use your sick time even if you've been there long enough, getting HR support is dang near impossible

Great colleagues who always support each other.Busy role that keeps you active and time goes quickly.Plenty of teamwork among the ground staff.
Cons
Management often disrespectful and unsupportive.Communication is poor and rota changes happen without warning.Hard work rarely recognised or appreciatedStrong favouritism and a “blame culture” from the top.Constant stress, low morale, and no real progression.

Constantly asked to do more for no extra pay. Raise each year doesn't even beat inflation really. Management is all old and needs to retire. No one really knows what they are doing and its a simple service we provide. Why does everything have to be so stressful?

Other than the short drive to work there is no pro.

Management is unprofessional, they themselves do not know how to properly train. They do not explain anything to do with pay or when you get your first check and how you get it. They didnt supply me with ppe to use for myself we all had to use others ppe which sanitary wise is disgusting considering we sweat like hogs inside the factory we service.3 supervisors flat out ignore problems brought to their attention. I then turned them in to HR and finally a supervisor messaged back saying they are disappointed in me because they are short hand on nights and this really hit the team hard by me moving to days. I responded stating as a regular employee it is not my responsibility to assure proper staffing levels and that their response was highly unprofessional.Many supers dont even speak or read English.So far the company inside of toyota is a absolute joke.

Dental Insurance. Easy to work with. Always hiring people. Will train you on what you need. School community support. Manager at the school I work at is a queen! Great pay, a livable wage for me!

Demanding work. Dirty job - you clean up after children and adults. Custodians are always looked down by staff
