It's an excellent atmosphere to learn about basic vehicle maintenance.
Cons
Specifically in Nashville, the upper management gave me quite a hard time and was strict and coarse when I was obviously behind. (The DM not the Store manager)
Turn over is very high!!

Poor upper management, customers think we’re techs/mechanics, most customers expect you to do tech/mechanic level work for minimum wage, company pays way too low, advancement opportunities are virtually useless and will not improve your “career”. Company tends to hire the least competent people for Store Managers. They don’t care if you get a lunch or not. The list can go on. Overall dysfunctional company with dysfunctional methods.

Worked 12 hour days with no opportunity to take breaks unless you wanted to finish late. The delivery vehicles were not equipped with cruise control but had telematics that were suspect in their accuracy. There was no opportunities for raises until after the first year and that was only if you were part of the favored group of people by management.
