Good ability to work up to store manager level quickly.
Cons
Hours commitment. 50 hours a week minimum, 10 hours shifts minimum, must work holidays, most Saturdays and often Sundays. No set schedule, must have open availability, must cover any time anyone calls out. Horrible for the pay.

Pros
Fast paced and always something to do. Most stores have loyal customers or atleast repeat customers so you know them. Pay for store managers is good, not for store associates though. They do pay bonus to commercial manager and store managers based on same store sales.
Cons
Long hours, limited down time to train associates or do inventory. You don't check truck shipments in, so if you're missing things that's on the bill you take that as a loss in store.
