I love Auto Zone. Been with them almost 12 years. My DM, Jose Perez, is the best most involved DM I have had since employed. He is hands on, helps customers, and assists his store managers. He is what makes our District what it is.

Unfortunately, every time they change upper management, they like to micro manage. They put so much "new" paperwork and tasks without giving more hours and forget the 1st line of the Pledge...Autozoners always put customers first. How can we do that with more things to do and we're given less hours to do them? I also think they should pay a little bit more to make it competitive. It's not an easy job, at least not at my store, because there is always something that needs to be cleaned, fixed, or re organized. There is no standing around.
