Everyone is so friendly. Management is awesome and they work with you. Easy money. Work at your open pace. Managers will get down and dirty along side you.

Hot. Loud. Car washer malfunctions. Shared space with different rental company so there’s a bit of traffic once in a while. Smelling someone else’s butt and feet the whole shift.

You gain a vast amount of knowledge in the rental car industry and an understanding of what it takes to run a multimillion dollar business as well as valueable insight into managing large scale commercial fleet.
Cons
The outcome of your operation can be very stressful depending on who is leading your city. Cities have many locations including other airports that have to share fleet. Some of the senior leadership completely contradicts its values and strategies and offer little support to help manage it. They tend to care more about profitability rather than the overall customer experience. Then they hold you hostage when you service levels are sub-par. Many places that need infrastructure investments.
