I was part of the first OSP group which was their new management training program in an attend to retain more operations managers. The program creates unrealistic expectations for what the job actually is, which is essentially just a shift lead. You will be blamed for everything that is out of your control, especially poor customer service reviews when the company decides to allow reservations for car types that your location doesn’t have. You will work an understaffed, overworked location with inconsistent work hours and a general lack of support. The pay is low and payroll will mess up your paychecks and it will take forever to get money that is rightfully owed to you. Stay away from this company.

Global company with great opportunities and teams. Remote work allowed. Insurance coverage and 401K was very good. Latest technology used and enouraged.
Cons
Current management has no respect for SME or teams. No proper transparency and communication. In the name of cost cutting the company is burdening the already stressed out employees and not hiring. No motivation or rewards for good work. The agenda seems to have minimal presence on-site and move most of the development offshore.

Makes good money if you can make revenue. $15/hr Is just the base. Shifts can be flexible and/or vary significantly.
Cons
Like any customer service job it can be absolutely brutal, certain customers are incredibly horrible and mistreat employees. Management is always accomodating and coworkers are generally very nice to work with.

International/Global restructure has negatively influenced staff morale within Australia and Pacific head office. Too much influence with little understanding of the Australian/NZ market. Salary is not good unless you are a director.
