Cons
No windows in offices, HR partner and district leader have told me try to terminate staff memebers. Work a lot. Had to sign contracts stating as a salaried staff member there will moment's where I should expect to work 80 plus hours a week. District leader and HR partner are not professional.

it's not a medical facility - management doesn't respect the nurses - plays with their schedules has them closing one day and opening the next, never get the same days off so really hard to have any personal life
