Working
10/10/2025 - Houston, TX
Pros
PayTrainingLocationLots of different positions
Cons
Sometimes deal with angry customers with no solution
Good Benefits
10/11/2025 - Chandler, AZ
Pros
Benefits were good, pay was competitive, I had a good General Manager,
Cons
It’s the automotive industry. It’s long hours and it’s a thankless job. The cars are getting more complicated, the customers are getting crazier, and upper management only cares about numbers on a screen.
Keeps the mind busy and always learning
10/02/2025 - Meridian, ID
Pros
Learn new things daily, make lasting relationships
Cons
Things out of your control are blamed on you
Is it worth it?
10/02/2025 - Nashville, TN
Pros
•Industry experience: You’re building solid experience in automotive collision/repair, which can open doors to better-paying roles at other shops or corporate positions.•Structured role: Office Administrators often gain organizational, customer service, and insurance coordination skills that transfer well to other jobs.•Steady schedule: Most Caliber shops run on predictable weekday hours, which gives stability compared to jobs with changing shifts.•Company size: Caliber is a large national chain, so there’s room to transfer, network, or move up if you want.•Benefits potential: Depending on your location, some positions include health benefits, 401k, and PTO.
Cons
•High turnover rate: Constant new hires can make it stressful, with poor consistency in management and team culture.•Pay inequality: Finding out others with the same job title make more is demoralizing and can make you feel undervalued.•Limited raises: Pay increases are often slow or not transparent, which can stunt long-term earning potential.•Workload stress: With turnover, you may end up covering extra responsibilities without extra pay.•Management inconsistency: Some shops have strong leaders, but others struggle with communication, accountability, or fairness.•No perks like gym discounts, bonuses, or wellness support: Unlike some companies, it sounds like you’re not getting those extras that could help offset job stress.•Burnout risk: Long hours + customer service stress + pay gaps = easy recipe for burnout.
Always demanding more, never paying more.
10/20/2025 - Irvine, CA
Pros
The money. Pay is great if you’re experienced.
Cons
Upper management only cares about numbers and even going as far as docking percentages for commission employees. They will use excuses of going public to justify their actions.

Pros
To be honest not really any pros
Cons
Micromanaging, toxic environment, lack communication, no room for growth
Everything is urgent
09/23/2025 - Lewisville, TX
Pros
Breakfast on Fridays. Flexible PTO for salaried employees. Weekly pay.
Cons
Everything is urgent all the time. People are overwhelmed and often don’t feel appreciated. Decisions don’t seem strategic because it is not clear if they are tied to a long term vision. Burnout is unavoidable. Leadership is not respectful of leadership in other departments.

Meh
08/04/2025 - Lakeland, MN
Pros
Great pay and overtime mangers sucked and it was revolving door
Cons
There was a lot of click and not clear guidelines. It depends. On the manager that you have based on the experience, I had at least five different managers in a span of a year.
Hourly to commision
08/10/2025 - Charlotte, NC
Pros
Potential to make over or around 100k after being on hourly
Cons
It’s unclear when you’ll ever get off hourly. Performance does not matter.
It's a job
08/14/2025 - Queen Creek, AZ
Pros
I can't think of any pros to this company.
Cons
You are only a number. They load the shop with employees and make it hard to make enough commission hours because there is not enough work and too many people to spread it around to.
Not a lot to say
08/14/2025 - null
Pros
Not a whole lot to say
Cons
No room for advancement. No vacation time, you accrual approximately 45 mins a week for PTO, very low pay, ask GM about raise after year anniversary and they ignore you. They want you to work you butt off for what little pay you get. Would not recommend anyone to apply here.
