It’s Changed

Pros

Caliber was amazing, good morals, and values. It didn’t matter, we did what was right.

Cons

It lost sight on what it was, and what made it grow to what it is today.

Good benefits and professional environment with no issues

Pros

Cons

Busy environment with good benefits, but toxic culture

04/17/2026 - null

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Cons

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.

Pros

Private company with great benefits

Cons

Too much focus on acquisitions

Too Many Headaches

03/17/2026 - null

Pros

BenefitsCoworkersFlexibility on hours for appointments

Cons

Caliber only cares about one thing, money. And believe me, it's not for the employees benefit. You can put your entire heart and soul into the job and they will crush you and show you that you don't matter. They also care not about safety. Expected employees to work in a blizzard that was the worst in 138 years!
