Good pay, semi consistent work flow, decent equipment, many locations, good benefits, ability to transfer to different locations.

Frequent leadership changes especially shop managers, Frequent employee changes especially detail and parts, expensive health insurance or less expensive health insurance with poor coverage, drp contracts that force shops to use lesser quality parts a/m lkq and inability to charge higher labor rate for aluminum and mechanical. Some locations are in need of maintenance, equipment upgrades and additions. Big corporation disconnect from the needs and challenges of individual markets and locations
