Caliber Collision Reviews

Good techs but unrealistic expectations for quality

07/09/2026 - Saratoga Springs, NY

Pros

Techs were pretty good, the regional manager I have a lot of respect for. I think the store manager is too greedy, with pay plans that sit on a desk for months, and building repairs needing to be done with a garage door being held up by vice grips, it all comes down to gross profit and the bottom line, if you are okay with forcing things out the door that you wouldn't accept yourself as a customer then go for it. This was a much different location when the regional manager was running it. Be prepared to be expected to run 30 or 40 vehicles at a time. Also be prepared to to look the other way when a car is sitting out front "done" It's McDonald's. Except McDonald's is consistent.

Cons

Carrot on the string, vehicles being completed with substandard repairs, RM is a good guy but The store manager , I didn't align with . If you have a focus on quality, this will be a difficult position . As long as it's OK it's good enough. I think the amount of drop offs they want you to process and get out the door in a day is unrealistic.

Strong internal promotion with solid benefits and training

06/25/2026 - Citrus Heights, CA

Pros

Promotes withinGreat benefits day 1Decent pay depending positionAmazing training

Cons

Upper Management is hit or miss on support

Helpful management but commission structure is punishing

06/24/2026 - Sacramento, CA

Pros

Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

Cons

If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.

Earning potential hinges on supportive management

06/10/2026 - Souderton, PA

Pros

Earning potential is there but only if you have a good shop manager.

Cons

They couldn't care less about you as a person.

Generally nice experience, but work was too busy

06/09/2026 - null

Pros

it was a nice experience generally

Cons

the work was to busy

Flexible with life events but lacks soul and integrity

06/02/2026 - Surprise, AZ

Pros

more flexible with life events

Cons

soulless company, cutting corners, going public

Supportive coworkers but poor work-life balance and management

06/01/2026 - Stuart, FL

Pros

Good insurance, good coworkers, close

Cons

Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week

Structure and pay are strong, but accountability lacking

06/01/2026 - Mobile, AL

Pros

Structure. Consistency. Pay rate. Scale. Competence.

Cons

Scale. Accountability. Plans exceeding reality.

Disorganized management and no raises despite profits

05/30/2026 - Midland, TX

Pros

There’s used to be pros but they have all been restricted or completely taken away

Cons

Corporate company that is extremely disorganized. Management has no idea what’s going on, but the company makes big profits due to its sheer size. Corporation has thousands of employees it has to pay, worked here for 7 years but a raise was always out of the corporate budget. Everything is about the company’s profit. No care or discourse for employees. Definition of corporate America

Great work-life balance with competitive pay

05/25/2026 - null

Pros

Great work life balance and competitive pay.

Cons

Nothing to complain about currently.

Toxic environment with underpayment and no support

05/24/2026 - Spring, TX

Pros

Hard to find any. They’re just a numbers mill. They don’t care about actual employees.

Cons

Over worked. Under paid. No help from management. They only care about a bottom dollar

Overall decent

05/18/2026 - New York, NY

Pros

Room for growth within company, benefits start day 1, 401K with employer match, ability to transfer locations

Cons

Constantly changing and attempting to fix things that don’t need to be “fixed”, has become more focused on money then employees, you can go above and beyond for the company and you’ll never see recognition or compensation for it.

Great management and benefits, but location is a downside

05/17/2026 - Philadelphia, PA

Pros

Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

Cons

Location that I was at

Not the same company

05/16/2026 - Lynchburg, VA

Pros

Good equipment, steady work flow

Cons

Too much "knee jerk" reaction to changing market conditions. Taking more and more control away from the people that live and work in the area and know the market. "Do what you have to hit your numbers, but if you get caught I didn't tell you this". They take the fun out of everything. Food drive that used instill a sense of giving has now turned into a goal that is measured and held against you. If your "Team" doesn't want to participate then you are a bad leader .

Opportunity for high pay, but it's uncertain

05/14/2026 - Glen Burnie, MD

Pros

Plenty of opportunity for $

Cons

Make or break it for pay
