Cons

My experience at Caliber Collision was extremely disappointing. The pay was poor and did not match the workload or expectations placed on employees. Upper management treated staff poorly, showed little respect, and provided no meaningful support.A bonus was promised but never delivered, which felt misleading and damaging to trust. Many members of leadership appeared uneducated about day-to-day operations, and decisions were often made without understanding how they affected employees on the floor.Training and support were minimal, communication was lacking, and concerns were ignored. Overall, the work environment felt disorganized and demoralizing.I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for fair pay, professional management, or growth opportunities.
