GM’s have unlimited permissive PTO, but it the ability to take advantage of that varies greatly from market to market and store to store.

As with any career, job satisfaction heavily relies on your direct manager’s ability to lead, willingness to support your store, and management style.Upper management has no focused strategy. The target areas change frequently, sometimes on a weekly basis, rarely allowing time to develop and improve one area. This approach stems from a tendency to be more reactive rather than proactive.

total lack of strategic direction and very high school type atmosphere with "in crowd", HR lacks strong competent empathetic and innovative leaders, a common statement made is "we are just not there yet" as used an excuse for mediocre employees that don't ever execute or deliver.
