I get over time almost every week and everyone who works 2nd shift with me go above and beyond to help each other and look out for each other in so many different work related ways

I never get enough sleep and I miss my family more now than ever , and I guess I could say I've been loyal, dedicated, a hard worker and reliable to my supervisors, leads, and this company and as bad as I want to go higher in the company I just don't feel seen,appreciated, or supported and for that reason alone I've accepted that Ill probably continue my role as capstone logistics receiving Clerk for the remaining of my time with this company I have grown to love and appreciate .

It is easy to get a position with this company.

Team leads consistently overcomplicate every decision. You will be working with a bunch of over-aged children. Everyone plays favorites and if youre not a favorite you will be ignored. They dont care to retain employees and would be happier just hiring new people on. There is little to no training on each position. Everyone Including leads is more happy to treat each shift like it is a social hour rather than actually working. Those who do work the entire shift are going to be "told off" or complained about for choosing to sit for 5 minutes. People are made leads with no experience or ability to lead anything. People refuse to fully do the job they have been assigned. There is zero proper communication between team leads and management. You'll be told that there is a flexible schedule only to find out that there is not a flexible schedule. One team lead will say something then management will say that you cant do that (a return to zero communication between leads and management)
Half-day Fridays are nice, but childish coworkers hinder work

the software/ app is aa great resourcefull tool for contractors in general. you dont have to be with capstone to utilize it

fees are extremely exspensive, no room for improvement nor the dont give you an oppurtunity as a first time contractor
if you're looking for a good paying warehouse here stay far away from pittsburgh locations

very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
