I was a sanation worker, with really no access to cleaning supplies, and I mean very limited. Really what that position is just to sweep and keep coolers stocked so unless you know how to keep busy your gonna be very board

The only good thing about capstone is production pay, if you work hard this is a big pro.
Cons
Sometimes work slows down and there might be too many guys and not enough work, this means less money for you. The benefits aren't the greatest, 40 hours of PTO after being there for a year. Management is terrible.
Great job if you are built for it.

The job itself is somewhat easy, if not physically demanding.It takes generally 1~4 days to learn the basics of this job.
Cons
The challenge associated with me making this review is, the job is full time on paper only. You agree to full time hours, but don't truly work 40+ hours.The pay is very inconsistent, which leads to a revolving door of employees.
