DEI Acceptance was good at the company, Did allow the job to be 9-5 as contracted to be.
Cons
Poor business plan led to layoffs. Company did not listen to employee feedback which may have prevented some of the issues.

CEO is crazy. They expect you to work long hours with employees placed in high-level positions that are not qualified. The company communicates strictly off IM and avoids emails to cover themselves in wrong doing. They claim teaming but it's everyone throwing others under the bus. I'd look elsewhere, this organization will not last.

I stay because I love my coworkers and my manager. My department has a very supportive environment where my peers and I are genuinely clinician-first.
Cons
It's difficult to be productive within the company because others are pinned against each other to compete rather than work together to improve the company's efforts. People are fired left and right without transparency or logic as to why, it seems there is a lack of proper oversight in the termination process. As a company that has had two layoffs, it's difficult to see this company thriving as it once did.

Middle management and down are some of the best people you could possibly be around. Pay and benefits are competitive.
Cons
After the layoffs, company morale has absolutely plummeted.Return to office policy recently put in to effect for some teams and not others. Lack of culture and enthusiasm that existed 12-16 months ago.

Hire process took months, app was terrible when doing home health picked up the the home health company and ConnectRN was aware but then refused to pay for visits completed. Management was very nasty when asking for payment and refused to payout for work completed even though they were aware home health company didn’t add shifts to app and that there were also issues with app.

The CEO is the reason the company flounders. Multiple lay offs, leaving just a few to do all the work, without a pay raise. C-Suite makes the money though! They don’t care about who is left, they continue driving them until they burn out and staying in constant fear they will be next to be fired. They talk a good talk , make you think you just found the ideal place to work, but their actions speak volume's about their real character. The last group to be fired were rewarded for sticking it out and working through tears, the reward? Less severance pay. C-Suite is playing a numbers game that only they win. TED is the most toxic CEO I have worked for. He’s on the board so he gets free passes for terrible decisions and choices.No room to move your career forward here.

- Worked alongside talented, supportive coworkers who made day-to-day work enjoyable- Competitive salary and solid benefits- Fully remote work provided flexibility

- Limited Career Growth: Despite positive feedback and performing above role expectations, promotions and raises were rare or nonexistent. This severely diminished motivation and long-term commitment.- Constant Layoff Uncertainty: During my tenure, there were three major layoffs with seemingly arbitrary selection criteria, creating a sense of instability.- Disconnect Between Leadership and Engineers: Engineers and managers often aligned on decisions, only to be overruled by higher-ups with little to no explanation. With an already lean engineering team, this top-down approach felt counterproductive.
