connectRN Reviews

Great concept/inconsistent shifts

03/06/2026 - Buford, GA

Pros

Compensation/ flexibility/autonomy/bonuses/can work if willing to drive farther

Cons

Inconsistent shifts when fulltime staff are hired

Under paid and no loyalty

09/10/2024 - Baltimore, MD

Pros

DEI Acceptance was good at the company, Did allow the job to be 9-5 as contracted to be.

Cons

Poor business plan led to layoffs. Company did not listen to employee feedback which may have prevented some of the issues.

Toxic enviornment with no loyalty

09/04/2024 - Waltham, MA

Pros

CEO is crazy. They expect you to work long hours with employees placed in high-level positions that are not qualified. The company communicates strictly off IM and avoids emails to cover themselves in wrong doing. They claim teaming but it's everyone throwing others under the bus. I'd look elsewhere, this organization will not last.

Cons

They over promise and under-deliverToxic work environmentnon-qualified people in positions they are not cut out for lack of fundsUnethical business practices

Low sense of job security

09/11/2024 - Waltham, MA

Pros

I stay because I love my coworkers and my manager. My department has a very supportive environment where my peers and I are genuinely clinician-first.

Cons

It's difficult to be productive within the company because others are pinned against each other to compete rather than work together to improve the company's efforts. People are fired left and right without transparency or logic as to why, it seems there is a lack of proper oversight in the termination process. As a company that has had two layoffs, it's difficult to see this company thriving as it once did.

Trash company

09/24/2024 - Waltham, MA

Pros

Work from home, weekly pay

Cons

The company is trash and racist. Ted ( CEO) had the entire company create fake positive Google reviews, management is racist .

Downhill

07/18/2024 - null

Pros

Middle management and down are some of the best people you could possibly be around. Pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

After the layoffs, company morale has absolutely plummeted.Return to office policy recently put in to effect for some teams and not others. Lack of culture and enthusiasm that existed 12-16 months ago.

It's ok

07/02/2024 - Waltham, MA

Pros

Hybrid/Remote workWorking on MacbooksGood office snacksWeekly Pay

Cons

Corporate cultureFeels like it's going downhillUnrealistic goals/expectations

Good

10/21/2025 - Hyderābād

Pros

Nice but very great environment

Cons

It's bad for workplace and that's it

Another round of layoffs and this time Ted Jeanloz was let go also!!!!!

09/04/2025 - null

Pros

Hard to find any at this point it’s a sinking ship. We had been told after they let go of Ted no layoffs were coming less than 2 weeks later more layoffs

Cons

No transparency from new CEO Rob. Barely have heard from Rob, not even sure he’s still here!

Constant Layoffs

09/19/2025 - null

Pros

Nice office, decent pay, just ok

Cons

Constant Layoffs, terrible management, constant restructuring

Used to be much better

01/19/2026 - Laurel, MD

Pros

- pay rate- flexible schedule- next day pay

Cons

- frequent last minute cancellations- lack of facilities available

Former Employee

04/24/2025 - Baltimore, MD

Pros

Nice office and some great people

Cons

average pay and multiple rounds of layoffs

Great company!!

03/27/2025 - Waltham, MA

Pros

The connectRN team is mission-driven and do what they can to support nurses in every way they can!

Cons

The staffing environment is very volatile these days... requires a lot of changes in approach to successfully execute on a daily basis.

Toxic culture

03/22/2025 - Boston, MA

Pros

Fully Remote so I could work from anywhere.401k fully vestedunlimited PTOs

Cons

This company once had great potential, but that changed after the CEO hired new executive leaderships, including a CTO who mirrored his management style. Unfortunately, these executives demonstrated a lack of leadership skills and failed to foster a healthy work environment.Employee contributions, no matter how significant, are overlooked. The day they decide you're no longer needed, your access is cut immediately, leaving no opportunity to say goodbye to colleagues. You simply receive an impersonal email from the CEO stating that your position has been eliminated. The culture became toxic, characterized by yelling, dysfunction, and poor team dynamics. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking stability or professional growth. The CEO himself stated that most employees only last 2–3 years—an unfortunate reality, as many talented individuals were let go without recognition of their value.

Great Team, Disappointing Leadership

03/25/2025 - null

Pros

- Worked alongside talented, supportive coworkers who made day-to-day work enjoyable- Competitive salary and solid benefits- Fully remote work provided flexibility

Cons

- Limited Career Growth: Despite positive feedback and performing above role expectations, promotions and raises were rare or nonexistent. This severely diminished motivation and long-term commitment.- Constant Layoff Uncertainty: During my tenure, there were three major layoffs with seemingly arbitrary selection criteria, creating a sense of instability.- Disconnect Between Leadership and Engineers: Engineers and managers often aligned on decisions, only to be overruled by higher-ups with little to no explanation. With an already lean engineering team, this top-down approach felt counterproductive.
