Before Ted was removed, mission was clear, yes company like others in industry was struggling post COVID, but Ted was honest with employees.

After Ted was removed a Rob took over you could feel his dishonesty in responding to questions regarding stability and pending merger (which went on for over 6 months!) Stress of employment uncertainty created a toxic, environment

Hard to find any at this point it’s a sinking ship. We had been told after they let go of Ted no layoffs were coming less than 2 weeks later more layoffs

Hire process took months, app was terrible when doing home health picked up the the home health company and ConnectRN was aware but then refused to pay for visits completed. Management was very nasty when asking for payment and refused to payout for work completed even though they were aware home health company didn’t add shifts to app and that there were also issues with app.
