1. Be visible from day one, please. If you are an extrovert, the sky may be the limit for you in the company. If you are an introvert, either develop tech expertise for visibility or you might be disappointed during promotion and compensation discussions.2. Would recommend avoiding long-term projects as they severely limit your growth options. Avoid "managed services" as well.
