Convient work times, control your schedule.
Cons
Managers will tell you what you want to hear, but wont help you. Will always lie for their convenience. All dealerships are your responsibility to find and sell.

Big promises, little return

Cons
Overpromising with no delivery. Pay was supposed to be between 70k to 100k and it's nowhere close. Too many managers. 15% charge for supplies on your gross invoice income.

Create your own schedule, some what be responsible for your own success.
Cons
Being responsible for your own income comes at a cost. The company provides essentially zero support and a crumbling infrastructure. If you don’t have what you need to perform your duties it’s on you to get it yourself, although the agreement is that company provides it. If there’s no work, you don’t get paid and the company will not provide you any.

Plenty of opportunity and freedom to get creative with sales and management strategy.
Cons
Pay is capped significantly and can make it difficult to get by if you don't hit your "bonuses". Metrics are set to a degree that can be unrealistic to meet, demanding significant growth each year just to make what you made the year prior.

Perhaps being out in the elements a lot but not an issue if you'd prefer not to sit in a cubicle.
Hands down, the most dishonest and Disorganized Company.

Bad management Promises that can't not be keptDon't know how to price work. Get under paid for the work you do because the manager has know idea how to bid or sale work.Makes up sign a contact. Hard to work for move to other companies because of no compete contract. Hard to move to body shop if you want to because no body likes the work you do in parking lots.
