They are losing customers so fast that the need to restructure their entire management structure. The pushed Mike Black out as CEO. They are putting mangers who failed in one division in charge of other division's that they have no knowledge of…can’t wait to how that works out for them.

Managers will tell you what you want to hear, but wont help you. Will always lie for their convenience. All dealerships are your responsibility to find and sell.

Overpromising with no delivery. Pay was supposed to be between 70k to 100k and it's nowhere close. Too many managers. 15% charge for supplies on your gross invoice income.

They keep expecting more and more from techs. I didn’t get a raise in 7 years and they cut all of our pay by 10%-15% (because of the struggling economy) to pay our bonuses. To keep the nascar team fed. I used to make good money with this company. I think I could work at McDonalds and make more money. It’s only a matter of time before this company loses all its good techs.
