They are great at over promising and under delivering. If you don’t believe me ask around

They are losing customers so fast that the need to restructure their entire management structure. The pushed Mike Black out as CEO. They are putting mangers who failed in one division in charge of other division's that they have no knowledge of…can’t wait to how that works out for them.

Non existent would be the best way to describe the pros.
Cons
They keep expecting more and more from techs. I didn’t get a raise in 7 years and they cut all of our pay by 10%-15% (because of the struggling economy) to pay our bonuses. To keep the nascar team fed. I used to make good money with this company. I think I could work at McDonalds and make more money. It’s only a matter of time before this company loses all its good techs.

Get to drive some cool cars and have fun with it in a way. Learn how they repaint them.

Some days be unbearably slow. Depending on the management its either theyre nice to you or they dont like seeing you do nothing. Can't be on your phone at all.

Doesn't pay well, micromanagement, amount of workload doesn't match the pay rate, employee favoritism, won't consider rehiring if you weren't "one of the boys", management is clueless and inexperienced, no management support, only care about $$$,
