Amazing benefits

Pros
Best 401k plan I’ve ever had. They automatically give 4% and then match an additional 6%. So that’s a total of 16% going into my 401k. They have pretty good raises and good bonuses too.
Cons
I left abruptly because I had a horrible manager and couldn’t take it anymore. Upper management was amazing, culture and values were amazing there.

Flexible hours, plenty of employee appreciation, benefits are good. Work life balance is great, you leave everything at the door.
Cons
Churn and burn environment with revolving employees. I didn't fair well because I cared too much for client advocacy. They just wanted to shuffle them to someone else's department.

Access to a wide variety of products, no supervision, no upside limitations
Cons
Long process for licensing, long process to be able to sell, and, critically, with 1099 taxation and no benefits considered, an optimistic $150k per year is worse than a stable $95k job in real take-home money for fewer hours and emotional investment. Most FSAs make 5 figures, not $200k plus, especially in the first few years.Communication and points of contact are terrible, with literal months of delays on replies despite weekly emails and calls.
